The Piedmont Area Veterans Council and Community Resources will meet at Merk’s Restaurant on Tuesday at 9 a.m. Special guest speaker this month is Crystal White from the McGuire VA Medical Center. She will cover the MYVA Community model, which is about working together to implement a standard model for interagency coordination of complex care, benefits and services in order to support service members, veterans and their families.
