The Appreciation Quilts Workshop will be held on Saturday at American Legion Post 8, 1719 Jeffress Blvd., South Boston, starting at 10 a.m. You may arrive any time before 2 p.m. Volunteers are needed to trim and make bindings, prepare backing for previously completed tops, sort fabric and help to complete projects. Sewing talent is not necessary, if you would like to learn about quilting or just see our workshop we have volunteers that will help.
