FARMVILLE — The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Aug. 9 to gather input regarding removing term limits for members of the Virginia’s Heartland Regional Industrial Facility Authority.

According to the county, amendments to the ordinance would stipulate that members of the authority’s board of directors serve a term of four years with the option of reappointment as the board desires.

The authority is a partnership of counties, including Buckingham and Cumberland, to develop the authority-owned industrial park in Keysville.
