We would like to take this opportunity to thank the community for supporting the recently held American Red Cross bloodmobile, sponsored by the Kappa Rho Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and Farmville Masonic Lodge No. 41.

First, we would like to thank Mr. John Melton and the administration and staff of Fuqua School for making their facilities available to us. Deep gratitude and appreciation are extended to the blood donors for their continued participation in the bloodmobile and to the area media for the publicity of the event.

Special thanks are extended to our volunteers, Brittany Mabry and Christy Grigg, for their invaluable assistance. In addition, we express our special thanks to Domino’s Pizza for its generous contributions to the canteen.

Finally, the American Red Cross Blood Services staff of Appalachian Regional Blood Services are extended thanks for being prompt, caring, well organized and professional, which helped us to have an enjoyable and successful day.
