The monthly meeting of the Cumberland Red Hatters was held July 5 in Powhatan. A combination of vacations, appointments and heat kept many members from attending. Present were Joyce Ingle, Ann Vuncannon, Phyllis Wood, Carolyn Short, Virgie Martin and Carol Miller.
