Pamela W. Ross died Saturday, May 28, 2016 in Richmond. She was born on January 8, 1961 to the late Deacon Willie E. Watson and Shirley W. Jennings. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ross leaves to cherish her precious memories her devoted husband of 20 years, James N. Ross; a loving mother, Shirley W. Jennings of Meherrin; sisters, Mary Ford of Meherrin, Shirley Williams of Pamplin, Evangelist Denise (Earl) Moore of Richmond, and Angela (Jeffrey) Foster of Meherrin; brothers, John Edward Watson and Deacon Jerry (Irma) Watson of Meherrin; sisters-in-law, Rose Watson, Diane Watson, Jackie (Ronald) Williams and Laura (William) Craft; brother-in-law, Rufus (Sylvia Mae) Palmer; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service was held Friday, June 3 at New Bethel Baptist Church, Meherrin, with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Haney Thomas Jr. was Eulogist.
