The Heart of Virginia Master Gardeners would like to thank the community for its support of our plant sale, which was held the first Saturday in May.

Our only fundraiser, it provides the money we use throughout the year for programming and to support our mission of providing unbiased, research-based gardening information to the public. Our programs are free or at or below cost because we want the public to have affordable access to the information we provide.

We also want to thank The Farmville Herald for such a nice article and picture it ran in the newspaper shortly before the plant sale.

In addition, we would like to thank WFLO for helping us get the word out.
