Free movie nights at the Wolf

Wolfbane Productions, a professional, non-profit theatre company in Appomattox, is hosting a series of movie nights every third Sunday of the month from June-October.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the movie will begin at sundown. Admission is free.

Wolfbane will kick off Movie Night with “Despicable Me” on June 19. Other titles will include Disney’s “Tangled” (July 17), “The Lorax” (August 21), “Bubble Boy” (September 18) and “Hocus Pocus” (October 16) — which will include an optional costume contest.

Wolfbane will present “Evil Dead: The Musical” on June 16-18. Monty Python’s “Spamalot” will show Aug. 11-Sept. 10.

The family-favorite “Bubble Boy, The Musical” will show Sept. 22-Oct. 15. Tickets for the main stage productions may be purchased at www.wolfbane.org.
