FARMVILLE — The Farmville Jaycees July installment of First Friday will take place on Friday, July 8 at Riverside Park in downtown Farmville.

The event, which begins at 5:30 p.m., will feature bluesman Bobby “Blackhat” Walters, according to an event press release.

High Bridge Trail Park and Twin Lakes State Park will serve as lead sponsors for the event and will be on site to share information with the community.

The Fishin’ Pig will serve as the food vendor for the evening. First Fridays is a family friendly event.
