George and Lydia Williams, of Farmville, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 2. George is a retired police officer and Lydia is employed as a records manager. They have one child, Angie, and husband Tom, and two grandchildren, Hayley and Rachel. There will be a small family celebration in July.
