It’s not too late to register for High Bridge Trail State Park’s annual “Run for your Life” 5K run in celebration of National Trails Day, on Saturday, June 4. The race will start at the Camp Paradise access to High Bridge Trail at 8 a.m.

The 5K is sponsored by Centra Southside Community Hospital and is in partnership with the Friends of High Bridge Trail and the Southside Virginia Family YMCA.

Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and top three finishers in each age category.
