In loving memory of Nicanor Baul Capati, 73, of Farmville. He was born July 29, 1942 and passed away May 24, 2016 at The Woodland, Inc. in Farmville.

Nick was born in San Antonio, Guagua, Pampanga, Phillippines. The son of Roman Capati and Beatriz Baul. A 22-year veteran of the US Navy whose tour of duties brought his family to Honolulu Hawaii, Groton, Connecticut, Portsmouth and Charlottesville.

Nick is lovingly remembered by his wife, Leticia H. Capati; a daughter, Elaine C. Perkins (husband Travis Perkins) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his sons, Larry H. Capati (wife Selenia Weaver) of Hampton, Rodney H. Capati (wife Tiffany Farley) of Rice, Elner H. Capati of Richmond and Renell H. Capati (wife LaQuesha Scott) of Marquette, Michigan; and eight grandchildren, Zayne, Psymon, Blake, Nikki, Jaden, Kiley, Roman and Dominic.

There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church on Friday, May 27. A reception will follow.
