Judith Lorraine Collie Holland, affectionately called either “Judy” or “mama”, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Lynchburg General Hospital at the age of 62. Judy was born on December 7, 1953 in Richmond.

She had a lot of love to give and was blessed with a very large family.

She is survived by her children, Christina Holland (Carl), Adam Holland (Loretta), Jenny Ragland, and

Angela Holland (David); her siblings, Linda Leslie (Wayne), Jimmy Collie, Aleta Ratliff (John), and Joe Collie. Nana loved her grandchildren and was blessed with many, Brittany, Christian, Sallie Ann, Breanna, Branden, Chase, Piper, Reilly, Savannah, Skylar, and her “adopted” grandkids, Katie, Sara, Kathryn, Rowdy, Chance, Amaris, Matthew, and Diana. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Alfred Lee Collie and Georgia Payton Collie, a beloved brother, Steve “Scuba” Collie, and a son-in-law, Richard Ragland.

A graveside service was held Thursday, April 28 at Centralia Cemetery in Richmond.
