Kayla-Liane Branch Jamerson has completed her studies from the Longwood University College of Graduate and Professional Studies with a 4.0 GPA, placing her in the top 10 percent of graduates who will walk on Friday, May 13. She received her Master of Education in Reading Literacy and Learning in December 2015.

Jamerson was initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Longwood University Chapter 136, on April 3.

Longwood University also announced Jamerson’s selection to The National Society of Leadership and Success, an organization dedicated to building leaders.

Jamerson is a 2010 graduate of Buckingham High School and 2013 graduate of Longwood University. She presently teaches English at the Discovery School for girls and resides in Buckingham County.
