Family visits top week’s events

Flora Bolt visited Mrs. Ann Berry at The Woodland on Friday.

Flora Bolt and her great-granddaughters, Haley and Paydon Murdock, were luncheon guests of Judy Bolt and her son Chris. Also joining them were Jennifer Bolt, Alexa Moser, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Baber, Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Frazier and sons David and Isaac, of Cumberland County, as well as Mr. and Mrs. John Baber.

On Friday the Rev. Ann Norton accompanied Betty Meadows to Richmond for an appointment and then both enjoyed shopping at Hobby Lobby. Afterward they had lunch before returning home.

On Wednesday afternoon Sherri Fisher, Nancy Pisano and Rosie Lapp stopped by the home of Pat Smith for a visit.

On Friday Dianna Smith picked up her mother-in-law, Pat Smith, for an afternoon of shopping. That evening Jeff and Pat treated their son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Dianna, and their son, Charles Jr., to dinner at the Cruis-In Café in Keysville. 

On Saturday, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Smith traveled to Richmond for shopping and dinner. 

Brianna and Christina Smith spent the weekend in Hershey, Pa., performing with the Charlotte County Randolph Henry High School Band. They also enjoyed touring Hershey World and Hershey Theme Park.

Richard and Margaret Stockton traveled to Chester on Thursday where they met family members Ann Paulson Pirkey, of Perry Hall, Md., Warren and Stephanie Lookingland and daughter Elliott, of Bell Air, Md., Marsha Paulson, of Richmond, Michelle Paulson, Gwen Paulson, of Chester, and Larry and Jean Derrenbacker, of North Chesterfield, at Cracker Barrel’s for breakfast.

The members of Appomattox P.E. Presbyterian Church at Tuggle invite you to worship with them each Sunday. The Rev. Chuck Klotzberger will be at with them on Sunday.

The Rev. Caitilin Hoy will be at Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church, Prospect, for the month of May; Sunday School is at 10 a.m. with worship at 11 a.m.

Calvary Chapel-Farmville, 302 Industrial Park Road, invites you to worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m.
