James Cody Condrey, middle, of Green Bay, graduated from Warrant Officer Candidate (WOC) School on Saturday at Fort Pickett in Blackstone. Condrey was a part of Class 16-001. We commend Condrey for his dedication, service and resilence in working toward this goal and representing our community and the nation with such high honor.
