As a resident of Cumberland County for 47 years, I have never seen a supervisor act in the manner that this chairman has (“Banks should apologize,” Wednesday, May 11).

I also think an apology would be good. Removal from the board of supervisors would be a better measure. 

For a member of local government to do this is unheard of and an embarrassment to the county of Cumberland.
