Many of us have heard about the proposed plans to build a 120-unit apartment complex off of South Main Street in Farmville, between Walmart and Cabells Court, located in the Greens South subdivision.

Some are unaware of this proposal.

A public hearing will be held in the Farmville Town Council chambers, on the second floor of the Farmville Town Hall, or Wednesday, May 11 at 6:15 p.m.

We should all plan to be at this hearing to learn the particulars of the proposal and its impact on our town.

If you don’t attend, you can’t complain later. This is a time for the community to be heard.
