Shirley Louise “Granny” Stout Huddleston, 79, of Richmond, died Thursday, April 7, 2016.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James Richard Huddleston, a sister, Betty Huddleston and a brother, Bobby Stout.

She is survived by two sons, Richard Huddleston and his wife, Karen and Randy Huddleston and his wife, Suzanne; five grandchildren, Jennifer Sullivan and her husband, James, Erin Bolton and her husband, Rick, Stephanie Harding and her husband, Chris, Krista Huddleston and Kyle Huddleston; four great-grandchildren, Emma and Richard Bolton, and Liam Sullivan and Kennedy Harding; two sisters, Evelyn Taylor and Debbie Speas and five brothers, Larry Stout, Jack Stout, Teddy Stout, Novel Stout Jr. and Johnny Stout.

Funeral services were held April 9 at Salem United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
