‘Pollination Sensation’
Twin Lakes State Park Ranger Kevin Koons will discuss the tactics plants have developed in order to reproduce and spread at 2 p.m. Saturday. Fun for the family includes a game turning participants into pollinators and making bracelets using “nectar.” Dress appropriately for the weather as the program will be outdoors. Meet at the interpretive circle near the concession stand. Contact the park office for more information at (434) 392-3435 or email Kevin.koons@dcr.virginia.gov.
