H-SC LACROSSE ROLLS OVER BRIDGEWATER 18-6

Hampden-Sydney lacrosse routed Bridgewater College 18-6 on Saturday. With the win, head coach Ray Rostan earned his 300th career win at Hampden-Sydney and his 340th overall.

Tigers standouts on offense included Hunter Brown (Charlottesville/Albemarle), who had a career-day with four goals and two assists, Ian Levin (Chapel Hill, N.C./East Chapel Hill), who found the back of the net four times and Chandler Shaheen (Richmond/St. Christopher’s), who notched four points on two goals and two assists.

Among other notable performances, Jake Koferl (Huntersville, N.C./Lake Norman) handed out three assists and tacked on a goal, Connor Pool (Charlotte, N.C./Charlotte Catholic) and Duncan Morris (Charlottesville/Christchurch) each posted two scores and an assist, Jack Doetzer (Holly Spring, N.C./Middle Creek) dished out three assists and Eric Boyle (Reistertown, N.D./Franklin) scored twice.
