Virginia Cooperative Extension and Piedmont Soil and Water Conservation District will hold a “Landscape for Life: Landscape Contractors Focus” on Wednesday, March 30, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Longwood Environmental Education Center at Lancer Park on Cormier Drive. Material has been modified for landscape contractors, landscape designers and lawn care providers to cover the following specifics on foundations of landscaping: Soil, water, plants, pruning and lawns.
