Myrtle Lee Stimpson, 84, of Farmville, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin, and two brothers, William Pollard and Douglas Pollard.

She is survived by three daughters, Gail Doss of Farmville, Valaria Stimpson of Bona Aire Dutch Antilles, and Debra Gillispie (Carroll) of Farmville; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 11 at 1 p.m. at Browns Presbyterian Church with private interment in Amelia Veterans Cemetery. The family will greet friends after the service in the church.
