John Burton, director of Farmville Downtown Partnership (FDP), was guest speaker for the January meeting of the Serendipity Club. FDP was formed in the summer of 2010 to help downtown reach its full potential. FDP’s mission is to present Farmville as an exciting and profitable place to live, learn, open a business, and visit.  Burton highlighted each of the goals which have been met in the last five years.
