James Madison University announced the following students who graduated during the Dec. 19 commencement exercises: Taylor Davis, of Blackstone, who earned a degree in health sciences; Felicia Fitz, of Charlotte Court House, who earned a degree in international affairs; Carolyn Hoyle, of Keysville, who earned a degree in nursing; and Scott Oslin, of Drakes Branch, who earned a degree in writing, rhetoric and technical communication.
