CUMBERLAND — A public hearing is set for Tuesday, Jan. 11, for a conditional use permit to address lot deficiencies for two parcels on U.S. Route 60 in Cumberland.
County supervisors will gather public comment during their January meeting on the permit, requested by Randall Daves, who owns the former Dixie Dream building and property that the ABC Store is located on.
Daves “would like to expand the Dixie Dream building. In order to do so, he will need relief from lot size requirements and setbacks,” said County Planning Director Sara Carter. “The planning commission will review this application at their Jan. 5, 2016 meeting.”
The hearing will be held at 7 p.m.
