The object of this suit is to have the Court partition, by one of the modes prescribed by law, a 24.18 acre parcel of land situated on or near Virginia Secondary Route #609 in Francisco Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, now owned by the complainants and defendants in this cause, as tenants in common, in varying degrees of interest. Motions to substitute the living individuals hereinafter named for the original parties and an amended complaint are now pending before the Court.

An affidavit having been made and filed in this cause that all of the known defendants in this cause are either non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or their addresses are unknown, said defendants and their last known mailing addresses being: RAYMOND L. It further appearing from said affidavit that due diligence has been used by and on behalf of the complainant to ascertain the identities and addresses of the unknown heirs at law, devisees, assignees, personal representatives and/or successors in title of Hal Marshall, Willie A. Marshall, Willis Marshall, Gloria T. Marshall, Blanche L. Taylor, James Taylor, all deceased, and of Joanne Taylor, is she is deceased, unknown defendants herein, without effect. It is therefore ORDERED that the aforementioned non-resident defendants, defendants of unknown addresses, and unknown defendants appear before this Court on or before Wednesday, the 27^th day of January, 2016, and do what is necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
