The object of this suit is to establish title by adverse possession to certain real estate located in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia, formerly owned by Prince Edward Mills Incorporated.

An Affidavit having been made that the following persons whose identity is unknown have been made parties to this action:

Prince Edward Mills Incorporated a dissolved Virginia Corporation, its surviving Directors as Trustees in liquidation, their heirs, successors and assigns whose identity is unknown and are made Defendants, under the general description of “Parties Unknown”.

It is hereby ORDERED that the above named respondents do appear in the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, within fifty (50) days from the date of the entry of this Order of Publication and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests.

The foregoing notice is to be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Prince Edward County, Virginia.
