CUMBERLAND — County supervisors in Cumberland unanimously approved two conditional use permits and a rezoning request at their meeting last week.
The board approved Kevin Dunn’s request to rezone about 66 acres at 1671 Cumberland Road from residential to business to allow for retail uses. The property currently has an automotive garage on it, according to county documents.
Kellee Sutton sought a conditional use permit to reduce setback regulations on a 0.8-acre parcel of property in Cartersville to allow for construction of house. The property is currently zoned residential.
Olander and Minerva Fleming were approved for a conditional use permit for two parcels in Cartersville to allow for the construction of a home. The sought permit would address “lot issues,” according to county documents.
