New Life Schools chemistry class enjoyed National Mole Day by making colloids, testing pH and doing a few other labs. They also made mole treats, mole characters and mole flags. Mole Day comes from Avagado’s number in chemistry which is also termed “the mole,” or (6.022 x 10^23). Mole Day activities were under the direction of New Life high school science teacher, Kelly Leslie.
