Heaven opened its pearly gates today and welcomed another Angel, our Mom, Mildred Barnes Francisco Pryor.  Mom passed away on  November 1, 2015.  She was born Mildred Louise Barnes on October 11, 1929, to Annie Marie Dissler Barnes and Willie Barnes of Emporia.

She is predeceased by our father, Harold Durwood Francisco and our step-father, Hunter Jackson Pryor. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Francisco (Debbie), Janice Francisco-Reulbach, Keevin Francisco (Amy), and Vernon Francisco. She had many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a brother, Willie W (Bee) Barnes, of Farmville.

Funeral services will be held  Thursday, November 5, at 1 p.m. at Union Grove Baptist Church where she was a long-time member, with interment in the church cemetery.

Visitation for friends are welcome in our home at 356 Union Grove Road, Keysville, from 3 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4.

RIP MOM, we love you and will miss you dearly. Your work on earth is done.
