The Fuqua School community recently held its annual Veterans Day program at Crute Stage in downtown Farmville, drawing numerous veterans from the region. The student-led event honored local veterans through poems, speeches and music. The annual event was the brainchild of Camille Rabon, middle, who serves as the school’s band director. The first program spearheaded by Rabon was in November 2011. We commend Rabon and the entire Fuqua School community for their leadership in honoring our veterans.
