The Margaret Watson Bird Club will meet on Thursday at the Farmville-Prince Edward Library at 7 p.m. in the community meeting room. The program entitled “Birds and Birding in North Dakota and Minnesota” will be presented by Dr. Sujan “Henk” Henkanaththegedara, an associate professor at Longwood University in the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences. He lived in North Dakota and Minnesota for almost eight years and birded in many birding hotspots.  He will share his experiences using a series of his photos and short videos during the program.  All are invited to attend.
