Banks beats Kennell in supervisors race
Incumbent independent candidate Lloyd Banks has garnered enough votes for another term representing District Two on the Cumberland County Board of Supervisors.
Banks received 62 of the vote to independent challenger Tim Kennell’s 38 percent.
Election results are unofficial until certified by the county’s electoral board.
