ALLEN, Julia Bell, 93, of Scotland Neck, NC, formerly of Prince Edward County, died November 7, 2015. A funeral service will  be held Sunday, November 15, at 2 p.m. at Monroe Baptist Church, Rice, with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home, Farmville.
