Payne Memorial United Methodist Church, 1 Stony Point Road, Cumberland, will hold a Trunk or Treat on Halloween from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the parking lot and social hall. After getting treats, come into the social hall for games, temporary tattoos, hot dogs with chips and a drink and a visit with Ellie Mae, the reading dog and star of Cumberland Library Story time. All are invited.
