Members of the Friends of the Appomattox River enjoyed a fall paddle trip on the Lower Blueway on Oct. 10. The water level was perfect, the leaves were beginning to turn and thanks to the tireless efforts of FAR members who keep fallen trees and branches cleared out of the river, it was a smooth trip with no mishaps.
