Taylor Southall, a TEFL (Teacher of English as a Foreign Language) volunteer for the Peace Corps, will speak at the Farmville-Prince Edward Community Library on Sunday at 3 p.m. in the meeting room. Taylor will discuss her service in the Kyrgyz Republic and her life in Kyrgyzstan.
