Fuqua seniors take the plunge

Fuqua School’s Class of 2016 made a big splash as they joined hands and took the plunge into the Fuqua Pool. Class President David Hice coordinated the moment with Upper School Dean Susan Carden, carrying on a tradition started by the Class of 2014. In addition to the traditional senior drive-in the first morning of school, the Class of 2016 enjoys privileges such as an early dismissal for lunch (giving them five minutes extra and first in line status), lunch by the pool and one free dress down day monthly.  Seniors have also been awarded a new privilege, “Toes, Togs & T’s Tuesdays,” wearing flip-flops, class t-shirts, and any color bottom on Tuesdays.
