Donna Weaver Smith, 50, of Farmville, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015. She was born on March 25, 1965 in Farmville to Henry T. and Doris Beck Weaver.

She is survived by her mother; her husband, Gary W. Smith; a daughter, Erica (Rob) Lee; three sisters, Sandra Clements, Peggy Eagle, and Julie (Matt) Gepp; three nieces and nephews; a great-niece; and three great-nephews.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Puckett Funeral Home.
