In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $109,492.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.250000% from CLYDE R. GABBARD dated November 23, 2010, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND as Deed Instrument Number 20101276, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on September 3, 2015 at 12:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in Cumberland County, Virginia, and known as 878 Plank Road, and further described as Parcel B, containing 12.773 acres, more or less, as reflected on Plat of Survey by Roy E. Easter, Inc., dated July 24, 1998, entitled “Plat Showing a Division of 33.268 Acres of Land Situated in the Randolph District of Cumberland County, Virginia”, and recorded with deed recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Cumberland County, Virginia, in Deed Book 257, Page 586-580, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of said real estate.
