Alison Elizabeth Kitchen, of Buckingham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Kitchen Jr., of Buckingham, and Jason Camden Bryant, of Buckingham, son of Deanna Rumsey Bryant, of Buckingham, and Jack Bryant, of Buckingham, announce their engagement.

Ms. Kitchen graduated from Longwood University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Centra Southside Community Hospital.

Mr. Bryant received a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Longwood University in 2012. He is employed as a sheriff’s deputy by the Buckingham County Sheriff’s Office.

A September 5 wedding is planned.
