Citizens from 12 counties  meet at the SCVP office to have a family picnic on April 23 in honor of their volunteers. Music was performed by Tiara Mustafa and Andrew Blackwell. Volunteers were given a thank you token and a picnic was catered by Mitchell’s Restaurant of Blackstone. SCVP appreciates the time and effort given by volunteers.
