The Friends of the Farmville-Prince Edward Community Library will have their next business meeting June 8, at 6 p.m. A special program will follow at 7 p.m. featuring Dean Schwartz, a local Wounded Warrior.

Dean will speak about his time in Iraq, his injuries, and the work that he now does to help other wounded veterans in the area.

Refreshments will follow. It is open to the public and free of charge.
