ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this proceeding is to have a court order changing the name of Eric Nathaniel Owenby, a minor, to Eric Nathaniel Sweeney.
It appearing from an Affidavit that diligence has been used by the Petitioner to ascertain in what county or city Robert Petrick, the father of Eric Nathaniel Owenby is located without effect, it is ordered that the defendant, Robert Petrick appear before this Court on or before the 12th day of June to protect his interests herein and to approve or disapprove the change of name.
It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Farmville Herald, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Prince Edward.
