First Baptist Church, of Farmville, will celebrate Men’s Day on Sunday, June 7, at 3 p.m. The speaker for the service will be the Rev. Dr. Mel Rose, pastor of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Amelia. The Royal Supremes of Farmville will provide music.

A light lunch will be served after the morning service. All are invited to attend. The church is located at 101 N. Main St, Farmville. The pastor is the Rev. James P. Ashton.
