During the ever-popular Glenmore Volunteer Fire Department’s chicken barbeque, set for Sunday, June 14 at noon, Glenmore native Sue Ann Miles will be selling and signing her new book, Glenmore: Memories Of My Youth. Half of the proceeds of the book sale will be donated to the fire department. Miles’ book reflects on her memories and the families of Glenmore, along with her experiences growing up in a country store that her parents owned.
