KEYSVILLE, March 12 — John A. Strokos, 83, of Keysville, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2015 in Richmond. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served honorably in the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Strokos is survived by his wife of 62 years, Florence L. Strokos; four children, Faith Buchanan and Daniel P. Strokos, both of Keysville, Rose Okeson (Gene) of Gretna and John D. Strokos (Anne) of Farmville; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at the Farmville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 626 Plank Road, Farmville.
