Notice is hereby given that Christopher M. Dunevant has requested authorization from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to construct a 12-foot by 40-foot concrete boat ramp, extending 17-feet channelward of the Ordinary High Water mark, adjacent to his property along the James River, off of Cedar Plains Road in Cumberland County. The concrete slab is to be formed and poured on the upland, then slowly pushed in place, a maximum 17-feet channelward of Ordinary High Water.
