JANUARY 29 — Mildred Louise Walter, 84, of Farmville, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015.

She is survived by two nieces, Betty Jo Timberlake of Powhatan and Sandra Green of Cumberland; three great-nieces, Wendy Ownby and Brenda Lee, both of Cumberland and Tracy Babcock of Powhatan; and a great-nephew, Brad Timberlake of Powhatan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Auther T. and Hattie Berry ad her husband, Jasper Walter.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 30 at 4 p.m. in Westview Cemetery, Farmville.
